1. Part-Time Photographer
Our established Photography Company is looking for an Experienced Photographer that is able to join our Team for Events and School Photography in and around Tokyo and Kanagawa.
• You must already have a Working Visa, we do not offer sponsorship. (Spouse Visa & Working Holiday Visa OK).
• You must have experience working as a Photographer, we will offer some training to suit our system however you need to know already know how to use a DSLR Camera (Nikon).
• Be available on Weekdays or Weekends – our Schedule varies to suit the needs of our Clients.
• Like working with people including children of all ages.
• Be able to communicate fluently in English with Japanese conversation level (however not totally necessary).
• Be reliable, have a good work ethic and well presented.
• All camera equipment will be supplied, you will not need to use your own gear.
• We only require Photographers to take photos in RAW format, our Company handles all processing in post-production.
Payment starting from ¥1500 ~ ¥3000 per hour + travel expenses depending on experience.

2. Part-Time Admin Assistant – Schools & Events Photography
We are looking for Part-time Admin Assistants that are able to join our Team for Events and School Photography in and around Tokyo and Kanagawa.

3. Part-Time Office Admin – Yoga Office (Setagaya) Post Date: May 2026
We are currently looking for a Japanese N2 Level Office Assistant to work in our Yoga Office.
1. Assist with General Office Work of a small photography business in our Yoga, Setagaya-ku Office.
2. We require a Japanese N2 Level applicant with English Conversation abilities.
3. Answer phones, reply to email enquiries from customers and update bookings in our Company Schedule.
4. Filing, documentation of paperwork and liaise with our Accountant in Japanese is a must.
5. Must have some experience using Excel, Word and Mac computers however full training will be given.
6. Some translation work is required.
7. Some location assisting work may also be required but is rare.
8. This job will suit someone looking for a great way to improve their english communication skills plus work in a fun and very different environment to a regular office job.
9. Must be reliable and punctual.
10. Office Hours are negotiable however you may be requested to work additional hours when needed which will be optional.
11. Must be a Japanese National or hold Working Visa Status. We do not provide sponsorship. (Spouse Visa is also acceptable).
12. Liaise with our Japanese and Foreign Clients for Customer Orders over the phone or by email.
13. Process Orders and arrange delivery of orders.
14. Position is for a 1 year contract with extension available.
15. You may be asked to work on a weekend – it is optional if you are available.
Hours are Part-time from 3-4 days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs and Fri) 10 ~ 5pm. (Standard Days) or 9 ~ 2pm if you have School-age children.
We require an immediate start upon selection.
Salary is ¥1400 per hour + up to ¥1000 per day Travel Expenses will be reimbursed.
